We provide the welcome chalkboard, the 8’ foot tables for your catering, food from home, or items from our kitchen. We provide battery-operated candles on each table and music from the Pandora account of your choice. Just let us know how many people to expect and the room will be ready when you arrive. 

The Rules

Deposit: The $100 payment is to secure the use of the venue for the specified date and location agreed upon. In the event of a cancellation by the CLIENT, this deposit will be non-refundable. In the event the CLIENT is forced to change the date of the event, every effort will be made to transfer reservations to support the new date – one time only.

You must reach a minimum bar requirement based on $5 per person for rentals. Beverages and other event related charges are paid for on the day of event without exception. There is a 18% gratuity added for the bartenders and event staff which is calculated using the total of your bar bill. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to consume alcoholic beverages. The winery reserves the right to I.D. anyone and refuse service to anyone they feel is too intoxicated. No outside beverages of any kind may be brought onto the winery property or they will be confiscated. All beverages must be provided by Tuscan Hills Winery.

Property must be inspected for any potential damage from the event. If the party does not exit and have their spaced cleaned by agreed time, there will be a $150/hour charge. The CLIENT is responsible for cleanup of personal belongings and the general occupied space. The CLIENT is responsible for informing their guests of the decoration rules: glitter, confetti, burning candles, popcorn, peanut shells, tiny candy, sticky tape, nails, staples or fake flower petals are not permitted. Any loose fragments left behind must be picked up or it will reflect on your damage deposit. Any outside beverages brought onto the property by you or your guests will also affect your damage deposit.

Steel wine making tanks, vintage lighting, old barn wood and weathered tin lend a feel of rustic charm while exposed pipes, wine storage and contemporary furnishings add to the more industrial feel of the Stellar Cellar. This is a unique space with a private front door and dedicated staff with a capacity for seating 80+ guests. You may seat more if you’re open to utilizing the small outdoor patio off the Cellar which provides additional seating for 50. The venue is cozy, laid back and perfect for your upcoming meeting, shower, rehearsal dinner, or any party.

The Bar

The Bar Minimum    $5.00/person

The bar minimum is directly tied to the number of guests attending your event. This is an amount that we expect to be met with the size of your party. This does not mean that you have to pay for everyone’s drinks. The bar can be an open bar, a cash bar, or we can prepare a bar menu for your guests in which you pay for a portion of the bar. Should your event fall short of meeting the bar minimum, you may make up the difference by purchasing a gift certificate to the winery or by purchasing bottles of wine or retail items to take home.
